Conference Registration Fees include participation in paper presentation and poster sessions, conference bag, program and abstract book, all Keynotes, and refreshments.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be sent electronically to Dr. Judy Singh at icm.info@ahwinstitute.com
Refund of registration will be as follows:
- Request received before 1st April 2013 – 100% refund (minus € 25 handling fee)
- Request received between 1st April and 30th April 2013 – 50% refund
- No refund on cancellation from 1st May 2013
Liability
The conference organizers, Sapienza University, and American Health and Wellness Institute cannot accept liability for personal accidents, or loss of or damage to property of participants, either during or directly arising from attendance at the First International Conference on Mindfulness. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
